It all started in an all-girls Catholic high school for me, when I realized that my friends were always coming to me for fashion advice. I felt that well groomed hands and feet could be a woman’s best accessory at any age. Upon graduating, I decided to obtain my manicurist’s license and ever since, and have focused on creating flawless manicures and pedicures – definitely an asset in a town like Los Angeles! I have been established for over 20 years and have worked with numerous clients from all walks of life. I feel that I exude a level of professionalism, combined with a warm, caring personality for each and every client. It’s nice to know that I can make someone feel pampered and beautiful.
Kendra Williams – Licensed Cosmetologist & Nail Technician
Kendra is no stranger to the nail industry, having spent over 20 years as a licensed manicurist and nail educator which taught her the importance of continued education and the meaning of true deliverance of a quality pampering service along with product knowledge. She has worked for diverse range of nail spas, including medical office (podiatry) trade shows, celebrity events/beauty brands/TV/magazine promos. A big believer in compliance with all state board regulations pertaining to health, safety and sanitation, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, as well as hand & foot care services.
Polly Thorton – Licensed & Certified Massage Therapist
Hello, I am Polly Thornton, California State-licensed/certified massage therapist and graduate of the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB for short, it’s a mouth-full!) in Culver City, California. After a 25-year career in the corporate world of Telecom as an Ops Project Manager I decided to pursue more creative and fulfilling endeavors. Having kept a side practice in Reflexology during my corporate career, I knew that massage full-time was what I wanted; helping folks improve, and focus on their bodies. In massage school I received extensive training in a wide variety of modalities coupled with a strong education in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. I went on to further specialize in advanced therapeutic massage, sports massage, deep tissue,pregnancy massage, trigger point, and NMT. My signature massage is a combination of these modalities, using whatever is most effective for the clients needs and wants. My massage skills are in demand by luxury, four and five-star hotels, luxury spa bookings and TV sets/studios, and celebrities. My high-end clients include Dancing With the Stars, Google, Paramount, Sony, Universal, Dreamworks, HBO, CBS, FOX, ESPN/ESPY, and the Emmy’s. Along with these I also work with chiropractors, farmer’s markets, a live-in fitness camp, Brentwood Whole Foods, Louis Vuitton VIP events, and regular folks like me. I’m a long-time resident of Venice, CA and when I am not massaging you’ll find me making sterling silver and semi-precious gemstone jewelry, refinishing and re-purposing furniture, organizing folk’s homes (closets are my favorite!), interior decoration, gardening and playing with my two rescue kitties. I also have a successful pet-sitting business and am educated in small animal massage.
